Happy National Poetry Month: April!
Today’s prompt: courtesy of Robert Lee Brewer ‘Poetic Asides’: write an experienced poem OR write an inexperienced poem.

10,000 hours is what I’m told
is what it takes to master any skill.
By this account I must now be
a master of life fifty times over.
My only conclusion to this fact
is that I must have slept a lot,
I hope I wake up soon.
