Monday Poetry Prompt

This week’s prompt: Learning learn2

We are going to write a three-part poem:
1) think about several instances in your childhood where you learned something -> either intellectually or physically, such as reading, writing or swimming, tennis, etc.
2) pick one of these and write a poem about it (part I)

learn3) now think about instances where you’ve learned something as an adult -> again, either intellectually or physically,
such as a new language, managing your finances for retirement, playing the guitar, rock climbing, etc.
pick one and write a poem about it (part II)

4)now compare the two learning experiences and write ashort poem (part III) about an insight you had from contemplating the two instances.

Happy Writing!
