This week let’s write a question poem. As those of you who’ve served in workshops with me know, I don’t like questions in poems. Usually they can either be reworded as statements or simply omitted and the poem becomes stronger but for this prompt write a poem that poses “who”, “what”, “where”, “when”, “why” and “how” questions then post it in the comments below.
The inspiration for this prompt was a poem posted by Stacey L. Johnson on her Breadcrumbs site that really got me thinking.
And, if you’d ever like to work with me, I run a monthly workshop via Zoom on the third Thursday of every month. Join the Living Poetry Meetup group to sign up.

Hello. Creating the Meetup account so that I can join the group is giving me a hard time. Is there no other way that I can join the workshops virtually?

Posted by Bartholomew Barker | March 6, 2024, 5:30 PMThanks Bartholomew. It’s a little oblique with how it answers the Q’s as I was restricted by the word limit but I enjoyed the prompt!
