This week let’s write a poem with the words feel, less and word in it. This is another of those prompts where I randomly choose three words from a list of the top 1000 words in the English language plus a few of my favorites. Post your poems in the comments below.
(BTW, the image is what the WordPress AI image generator produced using those three words as the prompt.)

Feel, less, word
They disappoint me.
Your word vomit; meaningless.
Feel less than worthless.

The fish I know in my koi pond
they don’t speak in audible words
but they rush to look at me, no less
when I stand, stare with crying eyes
their eyes glassy, teary, focussed
looking up at me, holding me hypnotised
in a strange metaphysical embrace…

All of you pours in
Your word becoming breath to my soul
All of you I behold forevermore
Thank you Jesus
